Youth Engagement Services (YES) Network Pakistan has a flat non-hierarchical structure to encourage initiative, decision-making, responsibility, accessibility and flexibility. Although each player has his/her own objectives and aspirations, roles tend to develop over time. We have removed conventional layers of management and designed a non-hierarchical system, which lays emphasis on empowered teams.

YES Network Pakistan has a board of directors who is ultimately responsible for the performance of the organization in all areas of its work. The board includes currently seven elected members for a period of three years. The five officers (President, Vice President, General Secretary, Office Secretary and Treasurer) are elected by the fellow Directors to the officer positions and the other two are Directors-at-large . In addition, the YES Governing Body has also elected ex-officio members based on their contributions and qualifications. Currently, we have three ex-officio members. With the exception of voting right they are eligible to participate in all the meetings of the Board of Directors as well as to take any major responsibility to carry out any assignment.

The size of the circles shows the level of influence of each player on the functioning of the organization.
