Our Strategic Goals (2008-2012)
Institutional Building:
Establish a net of indigenous Youth Service Networks and Youth Service Academies throughout the Country for
institutionalizing the concept of Youth Service in Pakistan and demonstrating the impact of Youth Service on disadvantaged
youth and the communities they serve.
Enhanced Competency:
Youth Service Networks have the knowledge and skills they need to be effective and successful in delivering services to their
communities.
Alliances & Partnerships:
Foster strategic alliances and partnerships with public and private sector organizations to incorporate and support Youth
Service programs.
Organizational Effectiveness:
Develop and strengthen the organizational environment to increasingly support and encourage staff development and
productivity.
Organizational Sustainability:
Increase the organization’s human and financial strength to support future growth and develop financial independence for
the organization.
